This amazes me. I am so impressed by his dance moves.
I used to have a serious youtube addiction, its been curbed slightly i think by the introduction of hulu into my life, so i can watch things i actually interest me rather than simple short bursts of entertainments, such as this video.
However, now that i have an iPhone, i have gotten back into youtubing anything when i’m having a bored moment or just need to see somethign again. a recent fascination os Greg Irwin’s Finger Fitness video, theyre from the ’80s, but he is very impressive, and so quick!
another youtube fascination of mine are banned commercials, or just funny commercials, especially those Ikea commercials, they are absolutely hilarious. There is often a sexual reference, or even just put right in front of you, but in strange situations, but situations that many people could see happening, or worrying about happening to themsleves, which makes them buy the product that ikea is marketing.
Those dance moves are pretty crazy. This is why I love YouTube. I can get almost any highlight hockey goal, sports play, music, and so much more. YouTube is also a great way to share videos among other people. I love being able to watch funny TV commercials with the click of a couple buttons on the computer. YouTube has changed the internet media in so many different ways. Once the President of the United States makes a speech, and you missed it on TV, you can go onto YouTube and watch it. This is also a great way to enjoy videos and more if you don’t have a TV. I have an iPhone and it has a YouTube application embedded in it. I used it more when I first got the phone, then some of the videos only worked on the computer. So I pretty much gave up on that, but I do go onto YouTube at least twice a week if not more. YouTube is great because it’s free if you have an internet connection. I am so glad that YouTube is what it is, and without it would be impossible to find old sports clips, listen to music, or watch funny TV commercials!
I’ve never really been into spending long amounts of time on YouTube but I can say that there is some incredible material on there. YouTube is mostly a distraction I used while in class in high school, and especially on ‘computer lab’ days. I do however find that some of these YouTube ‘phenomenons’ can be amazingly funny and I do get them regularly via e-mail from friends and family. The other instance where I venture to YouTube is for music. It has become more and more common to see people playing a song from YouTube if they don’t have it on their computer and would rather not download it. I don’t use this method that often, but I will use it if I can’t locate a song anywhere else. Aside from all that I posted my favorite YouTube video below.
The Ultimate Lax Bro- I went to high school with the main character in this video… Being a lacrosse player myself this is hilarious… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nqg01Nk3SYI
This is crazy!!! It made me laugh so hard, and I am kind of in awe over the fact that there is no way that I could ever move like this. As far as the whole youtube thing goes, I have never really been much into looking videos up. The only time I ever went on it was when one of my friends wanted to show me something funny they saw on it. And now one of the only reason I look in youtube is to find a clip for one of my blog posts, or to see a music video that I really want to see. Half the time when I’m looking for a music video they never have the right one on youtube or they don’t have the whole thing which irritates me. My favorite youtube videos are the ones of little kids, they are always so cute and innocent in what they’re saying even if it is bad.
One of my favorite videos that I was shown on youtube was the one where the little girl is talking about the monsters and she says that she has to kick their ass before they kick her ass. It is one of the cutest and funniest things I have ever seen. My family and I always repeat it when we are joking around at home or when we are talking about kicking someone’s ass we say is like she does. I have seen this video so many times, but it still makes me laugh every time I watch it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCOPNuuGeKA
HAHAHA my room mate grace and I watched this together and found it so funny. She actually uploaded it to facebook, because it is just THAT good. I also find it pretty impressive that I guy can move like that. I mean I’m sure a lot of guys could probably move some way, but like to keep it on the masculine side and not go around being so girly. But I love youtube, I mean I do not go on it a lot typically but when I do it is very entertaining and a huge distraction.
Youtube is such an amazing website. It has seriously shaped American culture, especially among teenagers. I can’t even begin to count the number of times I’ve gone over to my friends houses and used youtube. We search different songs, funny videos, and absurd videos like the one above. I think the numa numa video was by far my favorite. I think there’s even a music video with cameo’s from all the popular youtube video stars. I also love the fact that anyone can post a video on the website regardless of the type of video.
Youtube has basically changed the world forever. There was never a time when massive amounts of people could view a man embarrassing himself as badly as in the video above, until youtube came around. It offers endless entertainment to those who are interested, and also offers extreme insight into things people might want to learn about. I do love youtube a lot, especially from a musicians perspective. I have any song at my fingertips to play on my computer. All I have to do is close my eyes and play along and it feels like I’m in that moment. Youtube is very cool.
